The platform
Final audits underway. Every claim measured rather than assumed, before any of it goes out.
Getting ready to launchTwenty five years in the trades. The material keeps changing. The way I look at a problem does not.
Not one product, one service, one title. I solve the problem in front of me, and when I do not have the answer I go and find the person who does.
A private assistant that runs on hardware you own. One individual to one individual. Not social media.
Hardware, private infrastructure, and the consulting around it. Where the talks get scheduled.
Bars, millwork, fit-out, lighting, fabrication. Twenty five years of it, and still the work I am fastest at.
Turning an idea into something that works. Hands on and blunt. I will tell you if the idea is weak.
Everything on the table right now, with an honest label on each. Some of it is running, some is not built yet, and it says which.

Getting ready to launchA private assistant that runs on hardware you own and keeps its memory there.
BuildingIdentity in one object, tied to a real passport. It cannot be cloned, stolen, or moved to another device.
PrototypingDevices find each other and move files directly, encrypted, with no company holding a copy. A stalled transfer resumes from the exact byte.
WorkingOff grid messaging for the places a network does not reach. Dive operations, expeditions, remote crews.
Coming soonYour data under your own key. No back door, and no switch anyone can flip. Runs on our metal, on yours, or offline.
RunningTesting everything without ever watching a real user. The awkwardness of that is the point.
RunningRestaurant management, with Lambo Construction handling the team and the floor. The platform underneath, not the front.
In designBar and restaurant fit-out in Toronto. Millwork, lighting, and the joinery underneath it.
Taking jobsPremium blanks made in Toronto, carrying the orange stitch mark. A platform for designers, not a fashion label.
In designA place for people to build on, and to find the trades they need. No charge to list, and a listing stays as long as it is real.
NextMonthly, in person, small rooms. Building with AI without handing your work to someone else's server.
RunningTwenty five years in the trades. Carpentry, painting, lighting, commercial builds. At twenty four I invented a tool-less connection system and a compound forty five degree structural joint. That was the first time I understood that the thing in front of me was not the only way it could be done.
Everything since has been that same instinct pointed at different material. Wood, then metal, then software. The lens does not change when the material does.
All of it is about bringing people together, working with the best, and making room for someone else to do their best work. I am always looking for people who want to build the next thing.
Built work, software, or something you cannot quite place yet. Write to me and I will tell you honestly whether I can help. If I cannot, I will tell you who can.
